Pokemon Gijinka Project 236 Tyrogue

Before the days of Internet connectivity, figuring out how to control Tyrogue's evolutions was pretty much shooting in the dark.
I didn't even know about EVs at the time, let alone the conditions for obtaining the individual Hitmons.
Even after knowing how it works, it's still a little tricky, as you never know when the next stat increase will be +1 or +2.
